Bella Trio Salon & Spa began with a single mom, a big risk, and a belief that hard work could build a better life.

In the 1980s, Terry Richardson found herself at a crossroads—raising three daughters on her own and searching for a career that could support her family and still give her the presence they needed. She took a chance on the beauty industry, starting as a receptionist and eventually building something extraordinary.

In 2003, she opened Bella Trio—named for her “beautiful three” daughters. But the mission was always bigger than services. It was about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Over the years, Bella Trio has become a place where transformation happens—not just in the mirror, but in life.
