Tim Brady
Tim has been a licensed massage therapist for almost two years; he graduated with honors from the Medical Arts School in Raleigh, NC. He specializes in Swedish, Therapeutic and Deep Tissue massage, as well as trigger point therapy and myofacial release. Tim is certified in the practice of Reflexology and is currently studying Massage Cupping. Tim is a true professional and has earned a loyal following with his gentle disposition and dedication to helping even the most tense person relax! |

Mary Lorenz
Mary is a nationally certified bodyworker and massage therapist (NCBTMB) and a Licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist in the state of North Carolina. A graduate of Wake Technical College’s full-time program, Mary is trained in various therapeutic massage techniques, including Swedish massage, Pre/Post event Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point work, and Pre/Postnatal Massage. An avid student of movement and registered teacher with Yoga Alliance since 2003, Mary sees massage as a valuable tool to increase range of motion, reduce tension and assist the client in feeling more at ease in the body. Traci Baird
Traci has been with Bella Trio since 2006. She attended and graduated with honors from the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh, NC. Traci enjoys giving all types of massage, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Prenatal Massage. She is also certified in Massage Cupping Therapy. She and her husband have two children. |

CeCe Parker
A native of Raleigh, NC, Cherrill “CeCe” Parker chose massage therapy to fulfill her strong desire to help others. Her passion to comfort and heal, as well as her gentle Pisces nature, has driven her to excel in effectively treating clients suffering from pain and discomfort, whether from injury or overuse. She is an avid sportsperson who loves to dance, run and play football with friends and family (she’s a football fanatic!). CeCe is adept at many different modalities, including Swedish, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue and Sports massage, as well as Warm Stone and Craniosacral massage. |

Meredith Marceau
Born and raised in North Carolina, Meredith has been with Bella Trio for almost a year. She graduated from Wake Technical College’s Massage Therapy program, and currently attends Meredith College studying Exercise and Sports Science. Meredith enjoys participating in a variety of athletic pursuits, including volleyball, rowing, running and boxing! |
