Spa Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will give you, the client, time to change, fill out appropriate paperwork, as well as allow the staff time to review your services with you. Late arrivals will receive service based on the remainder of time left on the scheduled appointment.

Once in the treatment areas, all cellular phones and pagers should be turned off.

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule appointments. Out of courtesy to our service providers and other guests, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for missed appointments.

All appointments for two or more hours or all day packages must be secured with a credit card number and must be cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Gratuities are always at the discretion of the client. Gratuity envelopes are available at each reception desk.

All Services may be purchased as a gift certificate, or as a pre-paid appointment. You may also purchase a gift certificate for any dollar amount that can be redeemed for services or products of your choosing.

A $25.00 fee is charged for returned checks.

Product Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a product purchased from Bella Trio Day Spa, you may return it for an in-Spa credit or a similarly priced product.
