Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will not only give you time to change clothes and fill out the appropriate paperwork, but it will also allow your provider to review your services with you and discuss any issues or concerns you may have. Late arrivals will receive service(s) based on the remainder of time left for the scheduled appointment. Once you have arrived in the spa area, please turn off all cell phones and pagers – this is yours, and others, time to relax!
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule your appointments. Out of courtesy to our service providers and other guests, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling. In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply for all missed appointments. All appointments for two or more hours of service time must be secured with a credit card number and must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of appointment time.
Gratuity is always at the discretion of the client; envelopes are available at each reception desk for your use. All services may be purchased as a gift certificate, or as a pre-paid appointment. You may also purchase a gift certificate for any dollar amount you choose, which can then be redeemed for any of our services or products.
A $25 service fee is charged for all returned checks.
FOR LARGE GROUPS
Please consider Bella Trio for you group event, whether it’s a birthday party, baby shower or other special celebration! Our Group Coordinator can assist you in scheduling appointments and arranging set-up for your party. We recommend booking your event at least 2 weeks in advance to secure adequate accommodations. A signed contract and credit card to secure services is required.
Bella Trio Salon & Spa and Bella Trio Studio have a 14 day return policy for all products. A full refund will be issued if a receipt is provided anytime within those 14 days. Products returned without a receipt can be exchanged for other products, or a credit can be issued to your account. Products returned after 14 days but before 30 days from purchase can be redeemed for store credit only. No products may be returned after 30 days.
Your satisfaction is our goal. In the event you are not satisfied with any of our services at Bella Trio, please notify our Management as soon as possible. We will be happy to re-evaluate your service within a 14 day period.
